We realize that not every purchase works out as planned; therefore, we are happy to offer a refund or credit based on the following guidelines:

Merchandise Policy:

  • Merchandise must be returned with the receipt, in its original condition within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Products without a receipt or returned beyond the 30 day time period will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the returned product.
  • We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
  • Custom designed items & sale merchandise are not returnable.
  • Seasonal merchandise is returnable up to 10 days before the holiday.
  • Store credit is not redeemable on clearance merchandise.

Perishable Policy:

  • Plants must be returned with the receipt.
  • Returns for perishable plants will be issued a Store Credit Only. No cash refunds or credit card adjustments will be issued.
  • We Guarantee any tree or shrub purchased that you plant and maintain correctly 100% of the purchase price for 3 months, then 50% for the remaining 3 months. (This means that you have 50% of the responsibility in planting and maintaining your tree or shrub)*
  • We Do Not guarantee any tree, shrub or perennial purchased after October 15th. We cannot guarantee plants over the winter months.
  • Perennials, Roses, Annuals, Hanging Baskets, Mums, Bulbs, Houseplants, Tropicals, Seasonal Plants, Orchids, Flowering Gift Baskets, and Patio Containers are guaranteed for 30 days provided that they are properly cared for.

Our landscaping department has a separate warranty policy.

  • Typical maintenance for trees, shrubs, perennials and plants is watering, insect control, pruning, etc. All of these are subject to proper planting conditions. If NOT, the guarantee is void.
  • Store credit for will be given for any valid warranty claim. Original sales receipt must be present.
