WEATHER ADVISORY: This plant is a tender perennial that may sustain frost damage in freezing temperatures. Barlow's strongly recommends not planting tender plants until temperatures are consistently above 55 degrees at night. If you choose to plant now, be aware you must provide protection (by bringing the plant indoors, or by covering it with a breathable material) in case of freezing temperatures at night or risk frost damage or death of the plant.
With strikingly dark foliage, black mondo grass is a great way to add dramatic contrast to your garden!
NOTE: This is a summer grass and it will grow taller and fill out in the summer months.
