Adult Workshop at Barlow’s!
Come learn with Barlow’s at our Adult Workshop! Our workshops are led by our knowledgeable staff, including our super talented design team. All of our workshops are make-it-and-take-it which means you will be able to take home whatever you create! Everyone is welcome to take our workshops. Please note, those under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Our workshops usually take place between January to April and September to November. We also can accommodate groups who are interested in doing a workshop activity with their groups/gardening clubs/organizations during January-March and July-September.
Need help finding the perfect gift for someone who has it all? Give them a gift card to use towards our workshops! It’s a great way to celebrate them, and you get to spend quality time doing something they love!
January through April Workshops
In January-April, we focus on floral arrangements, succulent container gardens, and fairy gardens…all fun things that we can do in our toasty greenhouse while the weather outside is frightful! With the Philadelphia Flower Show in March, we like to host a workshop at Barlow’s that coordinates with the theme. In 2017, we had a Holland Garden floral arrangement workshop.
September through November Workshops
During the fall months, we focus on workshops that help you get your decorating on! From our most popular Harvest Peach Basket workshop, where our gardeners get to create our fun jumbo harvest peach baskets for their porches, to decorating wreaths and creating fun floral arrangements that coordinate with the seasons/Holidays.
We try to post our workshop schedule a month in advance to the first workshop! Stay tuned for our latest schedule.
Have an idea for a workshop you would like to attend at Barlow’s?
Please let us know! We are always looking for new, fun things that our gardeners are interested in doing! Email Kayla at email@example.com with your ideas for new workshops that we can incorporate into our schedule. She would love to hear from you!
