This plant is one of our most popular houseplants, and for good reason! Also known as a "Swiss Cheese Plant" due to the unique holes (known as fenestration) in each leaf. Young Monstera plants start out with the whole leaf intact - then as it gets older, you'll start to see new growth emerging with split leaves!
- Light Needs: Will tolerate lower light, does best in bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent leaves from burning.
- Water Needs: A very forgiving plant in terms of watering, let the first couple inches of soil dry out before watering thoroughly.
- Bloom Season: N/A
- Height: 1 - 3 feet
- Growth Habit: Upright, Trailing
Feeding is not necessary, but this plant benefits from a good pruning every once and a while to keep the foliage abundant and maintained
