This fast-draining soil is ideal for these interesting plants, ensuring ample aeration and drainage to keep them happy & healthy.

They are desert plants, so they LOVE the sun!

Place them in a bright, sunny-spot on off months (south-facing window)! Come summer, you can place them outside.

Succulents don’t need a lot of water!

Let them dry out between watering–they don’t like to have wet feet. Water 2-3x a month, increasing to around 1x a week during the summer months to keep them happy.

Some extra stuff to get you started

Soil & fertilizer

These cute little desert plants come in just about every color of the rainbow! Some plant lovers enjoy “collecting” these plants as a hobby. Because they need so little attention, they are an especially good choice for busy gardeners.

Although they are low maintenance plants, they do have a few basic needs. They enjoy bright sun and dry living conditions. They survive by storing water in their leaves and stems, which allows them to go longer without water. When watering, soak the soil so that water runs out the drainage hole, and then allow it to dry out before the next watering.
