General Policy
We welcome mini-shoots including engagements, maternity, & small family portraits (families of 6 or fewer). All photoshoots must be scheduled and paid for at least one week in advance of the shoot date. NO WALK-INS ALLOWED.
CONDUCT
- Photography is limited to our retail areas ONLY. This includes our retail greenhouse and outdoor retail nursery space. Our production and growing greenhouses are NOT open to the public.
- Photography sessions must not disrupt normal business operations. The photographer is responsible for ensuring their party is not blocking entrances/exits, high traffic areas, or accessibility to plants and merchandise.
- The merchandising team at Barlow's puts a considerable amount of time and effort into creating our displays. Therefore, furniture, fixtures, plants, and other goods may not be moved.
- Props may not be hung from any trees, plants, or fixtures.
- No smoke canisters, confetti, rice, fake flowers, or glitter may be released/tossed into the air.
- Barlow's staff reserves the right to ask any party not adhering to our conduct policies to leave the premises.
Barlow's is not responsible for personal injury or loss, theft, or damage to camera equipment or property.
Pricing & Scheduling

We allow photography during any of our open hours (varies seasonally). Pricing begins at $75 per one hour slot. If your timeslot is approved, you will be sent an invoice that must be completed before your shoot date.
