Looking to raise money for your school or organization in Monmouth or Ocean County? Let us help you host a fundraiser! Choose from our seasonal, homegrown flowers & other decor favorites. 

Spring 2025 Fundraising Program

Your school or organization is invited to participate in our 2025 Spring Fundraising Program! The perfect time to shop for Mother’s Day gifts and to get your space ready for the season.

How it Works: On your scheduled day, when someone from your organization shops at Barlow’s, they will present the EVENT FLYER at checkout. At the end of the day, we’ll total up our receipts that were for your school and return 15% of the proceeds to your school or organization!

The program includes any flower or plant grown by Barlow’s (in a white Barlow’s pot) purchase on the date of your event. (*Some exclusions apply; the 15% back does not apply to sale items, Dirty Glove Club discounts or memberships, special or custom orders, or delivery fees) 

Select your date:

  • Monday, April 28th 9AM – 6PM
  • Tuesday, April 29th 9AM – 6PM
  • Wednesday, April 30th 9AM – 6PM

To Participate: PICK YOUR DATE and email Cass at marketing@barlowflowerfarm.com to secure a spot for your school!

Limited: We have limited spots left - let us know ASAP and we'll reserve a date for you!

What happens next:

After we CONFIRM your organization, we'll send you the event flyer to be distributed. Staff, families, and students of your school, are all welcome to participate.
