We guarantee that all our plants are healthy and well-cared-for by our team at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee what happens to our plants once they leave our store. Merchandise must be returned with the receipt, in its original condition within 30 days of the original purchase.
Products without a receipt or returned beyond the 30 day time period will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the returned product.
We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Custom designed items & sale merchandise are not returnable.
Seasonal merchandise is returnable up to 10 days before the holiday.
Store credit is not redeemable on clearance merchandise.
Our landscaping department has a separate warranty policy.
Typical maintenance for trees, shrubs, perennials and plants is watering, insect control, pruning, etc. All of these are subject to proper planting conditions. If NOT, the guarantee is void.
Store credit for will be given for any valid warranty claim. Original sales receipt must be present.
Our retail store in Sea Girt, NJ is open 7 days a week from 9 AM - 5 PM.
We have an early shopping window from 8:30 AM - 9 AM for seniors, immune-compromised, and at-risk members of our community.
