We guarantee that all our plants are healthy and well-cared-for by our team at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee what happens to our plants once they leave our store. If you have any questions or concerns about a plant purchase, please reach out to one of our team members and they will be happy to assist you!
- Merchandise must be returned with the receipt, in its original condition within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Products without a receipt or returned beyond the 30 day time period will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the returned product.
- We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- Custom designed items & sale merchandise are not returnable.
- Seasonal merchandise is returnable up to 10 days before the holiday.
- Store credit is not redeemable on clearance merchandise.
- Our landscaping department has a separate warranty policy.
- Typical maintenance for trees, shrubs, perennials and plants is watering, insect control, pruning, etc. All of these are subject to proper planting conditions. If NOT, the guarantee is void.
- Store credit for will be given for any valid warranty claim. Original sales receipt must be present.
